I BLANCO, Lucy Valdez, 75, of Zephyrhills, passed away Friday, October 21, 2005, in Zephyrhills. She is survived by her mother, Tona Valdez of Tampa; three sisters, Margaret V. Metacarpa of Zephyrhills, Helen DeFelice of Highland Mills, N.Y., and Belia Vidal of Riverview. Mrs. Blanco was born September 11, 1930, in Tampa.

She came to Zephyrhills in 2003 from Tampa. She was a hairdresser and Catholic. Bob touched the life of all those who knew him. He was an accomplished administrator, educator, and leader. He inspired all as he counseled and led professional, religious, and civic organizations. He will be sorely missed and forever remembered. He taught us how to live with integrity and how to die with dignity.

She lived and worked in the New Tampa area since 1990, touching the lives of everyone with whom she came into contact for many years. Monday, October 31, 2005, at Gonzalez Funeral Home. Interment will be Tuesday, November 1, 2005, at Florida National Cemetery. FOGARTY, Michael Kenneth, 45, died October 22, 2005, in St Cloud, of heart failure. He was employed by Western International Gas Co. in Tampa.

Mike was born in Jacksonville, and grew up in Gretna, La. He is survived his 11-year-old son, Shawn; parents; grandfather, James C. Fogarty; brothers, James, Richard and Frederick Fogarty; sisters, Rhonda Hannon and Kimberley Spera; as well a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be buried in Tampa. Friends and relatives are invited to attend the services at 1 p.m.

FOWLER, Ida Mae Davis, 90, of Wesley Chapel, passed away October 8, 2005. Born in Folsom, she lived in both Swarthmore, and Longport, N.J., before moving to Florida in 1977.

There she was resident of Sarasota, LIFE. PRINTED DAILY. Bradenton and New Port Richey before moving to Wesley Chapel in 2003. She is survived by and will be missed daily by Robert, her beloved husband of 67 years; her daughters, Myrna Wilson of Wesley Chapel and Wilda Cushing of North Carolina; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was predeceased by her brother, Robert.

Eustace was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Eustace; her daughter, Joanne 0. Eustace-Wheeler, M.D.; her sisters, Catherine Healey, Elizabeth Rudser and Olive Healey; and her brothers, John Healey and Frank Healey. After her parents arrived in this country from their native Ireland, Mrs. Eustace was born in Wilkinsburg, Pa.

Mrs. Eustace and her family came to Tampa soon after World War II. She and her sisters worked at MacDill Field until she married and raised her family. Later, she also was a longtime member of the banking business, working at the Marine Bank, Flagship Bank, Sun Bank and the SunTrust Bank for more than 25 years until her retirement in 1996. Since 2001, she had been a resident of The Grand Court, where she enjoyed many activities and friends, and a beautiful view of Bayshore.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Catherine "Khaki" Lerer, and her husband, R. O. Lerer, of Atlanta, her son, Joseph A. and his wife, Lynn W. Eustace, of Tampa; a son-in-law, Wallace Wheeler, Port Townsend, and her grandchildren, Catherine Frances Lerer, Matthew Healey Eustace and Blair Elizabeth Eustace.

She was most proud of the fact she raised a daughter who became a physician, another daughter who enjoys a career in retail and a son who is a local attorney. Her other proudest accomplishments are her three grandchildren, Catherine, who attends The School of the Art Institute in Chicago, aspiring to be a fashion designer, Matthew, 14, who attends Jesuit High School, and Blair, who attends Christ the King School. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Blount Curry Funeral Home, 605 S. MacDill with a wake service beginning at 8 p.m.

A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, October 31, 2005, at Christ the King Catholic Church, corner of Dale Mabry Highway and Henderson Boulevard. Interment will follow at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park. Johnson; brother, Rich Reed of Tampa; and sister, Perrie Lynn Stephens of Augusta, Ga. He served in the United States Army and while in Korea, he established an orphanage for Korean children. An integral part of Ybor City's art community, he was known around the world for his "Pinch Pots" with exhibits in Japan and New Zealand. In Belgium Roddy's work was part of the Artist In Embassies Program, which was arranged by a fan of his work, Madeline Albright. He was born in Terre Haute, and retired as a chemical engineer. He is survived by his sons, Michael Wilson of Valdez, John Wilson of Tampa; daughters, Carol Lindekugel of White Court in Alberta, Canada and Jeanne Schultz of Galveston, Texas; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was born March 30, 1943, in Apollo, Pa. Her career was in teaching business education at Travis Vocational Technical School in Lakeland.

She lived with her husband of 44 years, Jospeh, and in Tampa for the last two years. She is survived by her husband; two children, Cathy Correia of Tampa, Ward Eicher of Johnstown, five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, November 5, 2005, at John Knox Chapel. She was much loved by her family.

LUPIEN, Dolores Mae, 85, of Clearwater, formerly of Tampa, passed away Thursday, October 27,2005, at her daughter's residence under the care of Hospice of the Florida Suncoast Red Team. She was born in Lebanon, she and her husband moved to Tampa in 1949 from Minneapolis, Minn. and moved to Clearwater in 1990. Her hobbies included boating, parasailing, bowling, sewing, painting, dancing and going to the beach. She worked as a rivetor during World War II, and was a member of Beta Sigma Phi, founded the Cordelia B.

Hunt Recreation Center in Tampa, and was active in the Tampa Community Theater. She help found the Children's Gasparilla Parade, and worked as a lifeguard at the Davis Island pool in the 1950s. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frederic C. Lupien Jr. She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Mary and Ed Rergin; her son, Michael J.

Lupien; her grandchildren, Michael, Seorgette and Caroline and her sister, Ruth Delight Brose. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, October 31, at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home in Clearwater. He was preceded in death by his second wife, Mossie Massengill, and first wife, Thelma Massengill, and is survived by his son, David W. Massengill; daughters, Thelma Evans and husband, Bobby, and Becky Lovverne and husband, David; brother, Paul Massengill and wife, Lois; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Mr. Massengill was a Tampa resident since 1969 and had served in the U.S. Army.

He volunteered 11 years with the Tampa Lighthouse for the Blind and was a master craftsman. He was born in Malden, Mass. as the son of the late Israel and Ethel (Gerstman) Till. He had lived in Providence and Cranston, R.I. before moving to Delray Beach eight years ago. Till was a devoted father of David K.

Till of Tampa and Alan H. Till of Phoenix, Ariz. He was a dear brother of Barney Till of Tamarac and Barbara Swartzman of Peabody, Mass. A funeral service will be Monday in Massachusetts. She was a Southern Baptist Home Missionary for 31 years, both preceded and followed by years of volunteer church work. Until her mid 80's, she served as Associational WMU Director in Citrus County Florida. Mrs. York is survived by her three children, Alice York Davis and husband, Harold Edward Davis, of Tampa, Elizabeth York Coggins and husband, Leroy Coggins, of Cary, N.C. and Theodore Hughes York Jr.

and wife, Vivian Canady York of Raleigh, N.C.; her sister, Marjorie Patch Henderson of Melbourne; 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
