FRED D.WRIGHT, 86, of New Port Richey died Saturday at home. He moved to this area 34 years ago from his native Montgomery, Ala. He was a retired foreman with the Western Railroad in Montgomery and a member of the West Pasco Baptist Church in Holiday. ROBERT E. MOCCAIDI, 64, of Port Richey died Wednesday at Hospice House. He moved to this area 19 years ago from his native Utica, N.Y. He was a retired lieutenant for the Utica Fire Department, a head teller for NationsBank, a school bus driver and Catholic. He attended the St Michaels Catholic Church in Hudson and served as a Eucharistic minister.
